CANCELLATION POLICY

You must give 24-hour notice to change or cancel your appointment, or you will be charged half price for your session.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late to your appointment,you will be still responsible for the full session fee regardless of how much time is left of your scheduled session. If we don't have another appointment following your session, we extend the end time to provide you with the full length of the session.
